TELEHEALTH SESSIONS AVAILABLE: Anna has more than 25 years of experience as a Licensed Therapist and is currently offering individual and couple sessions remotely throughout the state of Virginia. Your work together will begin and proceed based on your pace and the goals you define. Anna offers a safe environment for you to share and explore your experiences, needs and hopes. Her approach is researched based and rooted in an understanding that blending compassion with awareness provides fertile ground for growth and healing. For clients who are interested, customized guided mindfulness exercises as well as guided imagery exercises can be recorded and made available for your practice between sessions.
In addition to teaching MBSR and "Real Life Mindfulness", Anna is a voracious student of neuropsychology and enjoys exploring evidence based strategies to promote wellness, healthy relationships and living with ease. Anna has developed workshops and programs on various topics of interest including:
